Cheap Poster Printing
With our new press we are able to offer Full Colour in perfect finish with stochastic screening on finished sizes up to a massive 1600mm x 1170mm!
Cheap Folder printing
Our folders are made from either 280gm Gloss Art or 400gm Matt Art Card. They are printed on either one or both sides Full Colour. Standard Folders can be specified for either A5 or A4 size inserts.
Digital Printing
Our digital printing is produced in our Xeikon 5000 Digital Press. The unique press is able to produce Digital A2 prints on both sides as well as double sided banners on almost any length up to 480mm wide.
Our Printing Price is the same whether you require 100 prints of the same one page file or 100 different prints from a 100 page file. The only extra charge we make is if you would like us to create your variable origination file for you by merging information from a database. These variables data projects are called either Name in Text or Name in Pictures.
With our new Digital Colour Presses our legendary values of economy, quality and reliability really have entered the Digital Print arena.Our Digital Colour Press can work much the same as Lithographic Presses producing the same print again and again.
Using the machine as a low volume press does not exploit the main advantage Digital has over Litho. This is the fact that every print the machine produces can be completely different from the print before and the print following. The marketing potential of fully personalised documents is enormous and we are at the vanguard of Personalised print technology.
Cheap Personalised Beer mat printing
Our beer mats are a litho printed laminated construction which combines high quality print with effective absorption properties. The absorption layer is 1.5mm thick on open texture wood pulp board.
Cheap Postcard printing
Postcards are printed on luxury 400gm Matt Art card. They can be printed in a wide range of styles, sizes and finishes.
Cheap Playing card printing
We are now able to produce packs of Playing Cards in quantities which were previously completely cost prohibitive. Playing Cards are an excellent promotional product. Our packs are litho printed in Full Colour on 300gm Solar Block Card. This unique material has a metallic core to prevent any possibility of show through. The printed cards are sealer varnished to ensure exceptional quality and playability.
Cheap Playing card boxes printing
We are now able to produce Playing Card boxes in quantities which were previously completely cost prohibitive. Playing Cards boxes are an excellent promotional product to accompany your custom playing cards. Playing Card Boxes are made from 400gm Matt Art Card which gives them exceptional durability. They can be printed on the outside and the inside(if required) in Spot Colour and in Full Colour. With either Gloss or Matt lamination.
Cheap Instant 3D printing
These are printed in full colour and either Gloss or Matt laminated. Our standard range consists of two designs, square and pyramid. The Square and Instant 3D is designed to fit in to a DL(1/3rd A4) envelope and the Pyramid Instant 3D in to a C5(A5 size) envelope. |

Books, Magazine, Brochures, Catalogue and booklet printing
We are particularly well equipped to print and produce Books, Booklets, Magazines and Catalogues and we can print Books, Booklets, Magazines and Catalogues in any quantity you require.
In each case you can specify a large range of materials for the inner pages and have your cover printed on the same material as the inner's or choose to have the covers printed on different quality of paper plus gloss and matt lamination available, also digital embossing is also available on this product on 200gsm paper and above.
These books and booklets can be bound in 3 different ways either Wire Stitched (Stapled), Loop Stitched (Hook Staples) or Perfect Bound (Glued).
Our books and booklets can be printed with full colour or spot colour covers and the same can also be done with the inner pages.

Business Stationary Printing |
Cheap Business Card printing
These are printed on luxury 400gm Matt Art card. They can be printed in Full Colour on one side two sides or one side with a black and white reverse, They can also be either Gloss laminated, Matt Laminated or Un laminated.
Cheap Letterhead printing
Our Letterheads are printed on 100gm Executive Paper. This has been specifically designed to perform when using with laser or inkjet printers.
Cheap Compliment Slip printing
Our Full Colour Compliment Slips are printed on 100gm Executive Paper. This has been specifically designed to perform when using with laser or inkjet printers.
Cheap NCR Set printing
NCR Sets consists of at least two sheets. They work when pressure is transferred from the top sheet to those underneath. They can be used with a ball point pen or using an impact printer such as a Daisy Wheel or Dot Matrix.
Cheap Pre made envelope printing
The advantage of using pre-made envelopes is that it is allot cheaper to print small quantities.
Cheap Label printing
Our Label printing is litho printed for exceptional durability and quality. They are designed to perform well in a very wide variety of applications.
Cheap Desk pad printing
Our Desk pads consist of 50 sheets of 100gm white Cartridge paper printed in 1 Colour, 2 Colour's or Full Colour on one side and bound on either the long or short edge to a 1.2mm gray backing board. |

Banner vinyl
We offer a choice of two different kinds of ink,
Solvent Based (sunlight resistance) Solvent Based Inks do not fade in sunlight and are completely waterproof. Our full range of sizes is available when you select this ink.
Dye Based (no sunlight resistance) Dye Based Inks produce much more color of a given density per unit of mass (very vibrant colours) and are cheaper than Solvent Based Inks.

Our Poster & Banner Printing Finishing Options
We can supply several finishing options for your posters and banners including , Mounting, Encapsulation and Eyeleting & Roping for your banner vinyl's.
Mounting
Our printed posters can be mounted onto 10mm foam board, which is a lightweight, rigid material, to form display panels.
Encapsulation
This is similar to lamination, but the clear plastic film applied to both sides extends beyond the edge of the poster and is sealed to completely protect and waterproof the poster. (Lamination, which uses 43 micron film, is trimmed flush with the edge of the poster). We offer a choice of three thicknesses of film 43 micron, 125 micron and 250 micron.
Eyeleting & Roping
We strengthen our printed vinyl banners by folding over and gluing the edges, which doubles their thickness, then we punch holes, fit reinforcing eyelets to protect the holes from tearing and tie ropes through the eyeleted holes.

A Boards
These are designed for durable outdoor use. They are lightweight and extremely sturdy. They are available in a range of sizes from A0 to A2.
Adhesive Corners
Our Adhesive Corners are supplied ready to use with a peel off backing sheet. Their 'lips' are staggered to allow for easy insertion of documents. They are constructed from tough plastic and have welded seams for durability and longevity. Adhesive Corners are ideal for use on the inside covers of a booklet to allow additional, possibly personalised, information to be inserted.
Business card boxes
Our rugged Business Card Boxes are designed to hold about 200 400gsm 90mm x 50mm or 85mm x 55mm Business Cards.
Telescopic banner stands
Our Banner Stands extend to 2 meters high, and automatically roll up to be stored or transported easily. They can be used again and again. They are designed to accommodate our 840mm width Banners.

CD/DVD Booklets
We are able to print CD and DVD Booklets on a wide variety of stocks and in a range of page counts. CD Booklets are printed 120mm Square and DVD Booklets are printed 180mm x 120mm. If you would like more general information about our Books and Booklets please click on More Information.
CD/DVD Sleeves
Our CD and DVD Sleeves are printed on 400gm Triple Coated Matt Art Card and can be printed on full colour or spot colour. These are the perfect product to package multimedia presentations, music CD's or software
CD/DVD Inlays
Our CD Tray Inlays are 150mm x 118mm flat size and designed to fit in a standard Jewel case. They are printed on 150gm Gloss Art paper and perforated twice. They can be printed single or double sided.
CD/DVD Inserts
Our CD Inserts are 120mm square. DVD Inserts are 273mm x 182mm. They can be printed on a variety of stocks, either Single or Double sided.
Card Badges
Our Card Badges are made from 1.25mm faced card. The card can be specified in a wide range of colours. Badges are die-cut to the required shape. We have a large number of standard formes available (as shown) or it is possible to have cards cut to a custom shape. If a special design is required it must fit within a 65mm x 75mm rectangle.
Personalised bookmarks
Our Bookmarks are specially designed with a centre split so that they can straddle the marked page and not disappear in the book or fall out. Of course they can also be used as a ‘conventional’ bookmark. They come with 3mm rounded corners and are available in Full Colour with or without lamination. Bookmarks make great promotional products. They are inexpensive but tend to have great longevity getting your message across year after year.
Personalised Boxes
Our boxes are made from 400gm Matt Art card which gives them exceptional durability. They can be printed on the outside and the inside (if required) in both Spot and in Full Colour. They can be finished with Gloss or Matt Lamination. Box types B4, B5, B6, B7, B8 and B9 can also be Spot UV varnished. Please ask for details. Boxes are supplied flat and glued. This means that they are ready for immediate use on delivery.
Bespoke and Standard canvas printing
We have invested in the technology required to ensure that our Canvas Prints are the ultimate quality available. The material used is 350gm polycotton canvas. We use solvent based inks to ensure print colour stability for an extended period. Indeed we are so confident in the longevity of our Canvas Prints that we offer a lifetime (75 years +) guarantee against fade.
Circular Presentation cards
Our circular Presentation Cards are a real talking point as well as conveying substantially more information than a conventional Business Card. They are available printed in Full Colour on 400gm Matt Art card, one designed to fit in the same footprint as a credit card (when folded) and the other substantially bigger and designed to fit in an A6 envelope(not supplied).
Data Cards
Whether you are looking for a business card with a difference, a short term information card or a durable membership card, one of our extensive range of Full Colour Datacards will fit the bill. Datacards are 85mm x 54mm.
We offer 3 types of data cards:
Gold Datacard
Gold Datacards are printed on 400gm Triple Coated Matt Art card which is then sealer varnished on both sides, they can also be gloss or matt laminated on both sides.
Platinum Datacard
Platinum Datacards are a laminate construction of rigid plastic on a card core, this gives them an all over brilliant high gloss finish. The Datacard thickness is such that it gives a substantial feel and appearance.
Titanium Datacard
Our top of the range card has a plastic core and all the other features of the platinum card, providing excellent durability, not unlike a conventional credit card. We can also die-cut the Titanium card, which means quirky shapes such as key fobs or phone charms can be created.
Personalised paper carrier bags
Paper Carrier Bags are printed in Full Colour on tough 200gm Silk Card and can be Gloss or Matt Laminated. Our Carrier Bags can be printed on every side and come ready to use with a choice of Blue, Red, Green, White or Black Chords. We offer 3 types of carrier bags (Type A, B or C)
Personalised Slapper bands
Slapper Bands are an innovative new product. In their ‘rest state’ they are straight, but when they are 'slapped' the spring steel core wraps around to form a band. On removal the Slapper Band is simply unwound and clicks back to a straight state.
Exhibition Stands
Our Exhibition Stand is a one piece fold away unit which can be erected or packed away in seconds. The mechanism is designed to provide years of trouble free use.
The stand consists of three main panels and two end panels, which curve around the sides. Each panel is 673mm wide x 2225mm high.The graphics are printed on five pieces of 200gm gloss art which are matt laminated. They are supplied with pre-fixed magnets for easy mounting. The graphics are priced separately to the frame so that replacement graphics can be ordered at any time.
Display Boards
Hanging Boards and Flat Displays Our Display Boards and Point of Sale are litho printed in Full Colour from stochastic screened plates to the same exceptionally high standard as all our other printing. The resulting boards are of a quality which must be seen to be believed! Our Display Boards and Point of Sale are printed on 200 gm Gloss art sheets mounted on to 2mm thick solid grey board (For A0 size and above the board used is 2.9mm). The same image is applied to each side of the board (or unprinted white 200gm paper is applied to the reverse of freestanding Boards).
We can supply lose struts which are also white finished.
Wobblers
Our Wobblers are printed in Full Colour on 400gm card and gloss laminated for ultimate durability. Wobblers are rectangular, portrait or landscape.
