Flyer and Folded Cheap Leaflet Printing

At D2D Print we are extremely well known for our Leaflet printing, Flyer printing and folded leaflet printing these are all stunningly printed in full colour on our four colour process printers. Sizes range from 40mm x 40mm up to 297mm x 630mm (six page A4). Paper stock weights available are 115gsm gloss art, 115gsm silk art, 150gsm gloss art, 150gsm silk art, 200gsm gloss art, 200gsm silk art, 280gsm gloss art, 280gsm silk art, 150gsm Executive Uncoated and 250gsm Executive Uncoated. Wide ranges of finishing solutions are available from folding, creasing, round cornering, perforating and drilling. We also have available Recycled Paper and Board for a Leaflet or Flyer, please see the Recycled section towards the bottom of the left hand menu.

Poster & Banner Printing

Popular products at D2D Print include Poster & Banners a poster can also be used as a large leaflet, they are printed in full colour (4 colour process) and can be in any size starting from A2 (420mm x 594mm - equivalent to 4 x A4 sheets of paper) up to Jumbo Posters, which are 1170mm x 1600mm. We also produce very useful eight page A4 Large Leaflet size of 297mm x 840mm. Our Posters can be printed on 150gsm gloss art, 150gsm silk art, 200gsm gloss art, 200gsm silk art, 280gsm gloss art and 280gsm silk art.

Book, Booklet, Brochure, Catalogue, Newsletter and Magazine Printing

We love this product! This is top quality Book, Brochure and Booklet printing - they can be either Saddle Stitched or Perfect Bound. Most other printers don't allow you to randomly mix full colour, spot colour and black only pages in any order you like however at D2D-Print we are happy for you to choose exactly what you want, without insisting that you stick to an imposition scheme. The cover is printed on either the same material as the text (self-cover booklet) or on a heavier material. Also available and increasingly popular is Recycled Paper and Board for a Book, Brochure or Booklet printing job.

Cheap Business Card Printing

There is 3 different qualities of our cheap Business Card printing available: our regular cheap business card printing is on 400gsm matt art board, our Equest business card printing is on 400gsm uncoated, smooth, white Equest board and our cheap recycled business card is printed on 350gsm 9lives 80 silk board. In addition to the regular 55mm x 85mm size, all three business card versions are available in a four page format either hinged on the long edge or the short edge. We also have available business cards printed on standard 280 gsm gloss art stock. Simply select Credit Card size from the Leaflets/Flyers section and choose 280 gsm Paper which is an excellent weight for a low cost business card.

Cheap Letterhead Printing

D2D-Prints standard cheap letterhead printing is printed on 100gsm Executive, this is a smooth white cartridge paper and is ideal for worry free printing on inkjet or laser printers. We also have available a slightly heavier material and our 120gsm Equest may be the solution you are looking for. We also have a recycled sheet available, which is 120gsm 9lives Offset - this is made from 100% recycled fibre.

Cheap Compliment Slip Printing

Our cheap Compliment Slip printing is available to match our three different letterhead materials: 100gsm Executive white cartridge, 120gsm Equest white offset and 120gsm 9lives Offset (made with 100% recycled fibre). The minimum quantity is 250 and the size is 1/3rd A4 (99mm x 210mm) for all of our cheap compliment slip printing.

NCR Sets, Pads & Book Printing

We are able to manufacture NCR (no carbon required) duplicate stationery in a wide-ranging selection of different forms. 2, 3 or 4 parts per set, 1/3rd A4, A6, A5, A4, A3 and every size in between. NCR sets can be printed in up to five colours on the front and four colours on the reverse. They can be perforated, drilled, sequentially numbered, glued into pads or bound as stab-stitched books.

Presentation Folder Printing

For a really luxurious and sturdy result we also offer 400gsm matt art board, however we also have available 280gsm gloss art or 280gsm silk art board a folder can have either glued or interlocking pockets. Folders are either self assembly (delivered flat) or we can assemble them for you. We can make a bespoke cutter to your design or we have available a range of standing cutters.. We now also offer Recycled Board for a Folder; please see the Recycled section and Business card slits can be specified if required.

Equest Postcard Printing

The D2D-Print standard Postcard (see above) is printed on 400gsm matt art board. However If you would prefer an uncoated material, ideal for note cards which will be written in ballpoint pen, then our Equest could be just the solution you are looking for. They can be produced in full colour one side, full colour both sides or full colour one side with black only on the reverse. It has a stunningly smooth uncoated bright white surface.

Large Format Inkjet Printing

We are regularly updating our in house printing equipment, this enables us to print top quality Display Material on the latest large format inkjet printers including a Poster, a Banner and Backlit Film. Two different types of ink are available - one type is for indoor use and the other for outdoor use (because it is specially formulated to withstand the fading caused by sunlight). Our Posters can be gloss laminated or matt laminated for extra protection. Additionally, for even better strength and longer life, a Poster can be encapsulated in clear PVC. Encapsulation is available in three different thicknesses: 43microns, 125microns or 250microns. Vinyl Banners can be punched with holes and reinforced with eyelets and supplied with rope for ease of hanging. Also available are Telescopic Banner Stands, A Boards and Poster Snaps to display your Poster.

Promotional Handout/Flyer Printing

With Promotional Handouts one side of the card must have either a high gloss or flat matt coating (so they look like they have been gloss laminated or matt laminated on one side). We print Promotional Handouts on 350gsm silk board in full colour (CMYK), either one side or both sides. Promotional handouts can also be used as Postcards for a mailing campaign, although we do also offer a very high quality 400gsm matt art board for this purpose if you prefer, this can be seen on the left hand menu under the Promotional heading. Promotional Handouts can also be die cut to create interesting shapes, sometimes used as door hangers etc.

Spot Pantone Colour Printing (all materials)

Altogether the typical materials which you will see through our product range, plus the non-standard materials itemised in the previous section are offered for printing in Pantone Spot Colour too. We can print the full Pantone Spot Colour range including Fluorescent Pantone Colours, Metallic Pantone Colours, X2 Pantone Colours also all the Basic Pantone Colours. We now have available Recycled Paper and Board for Spot Pantone Colour printed items, we invite you to visit the Recycled section.

Tent Card Printing

Two different designs of Tent Card are available. These are printed on 400gsm matt art board. Tent Card version A sits on a desk on one of its long sides (which is slightly narrower than the other two sides). It has a crease in the base and is supplied assembled, but collapsed on the crease. The other version of Tent Card (Type B) stands on one of its open ends, so all three faces can be seen. This Tent Card is supplied flat, with a strip of double-sided adhesive tape applied, ready for easy assembly at the time of use.

Postcard Printing

Even though this product is termed a "Postcard", they can also be used as a superb, excellent superior Promotional Card. These are printed on 400gsm matt art board in four colour process (CMYK) one side or two sided. They are available gloss or matt laminated on either one side or two sides. The standard size for a Postcard is A6, although they can be produced in any size from 40mm x 40mm up to A3 (297mm x 420mm). D2D-Print also offer Recycled Board for a Postcard; we invite you to visit the Recycled section to see the options available.

Promotacard Printing

Promotacards are small creased versions of our Promotional Handouts, they are printed in full colour both sides on 350gsm silk board with either a high gloss or flat matt coating on one side - this makes look like they have been gloss laminated or matt laminated on one side. Promotacards have a finished size which is about the same size as a credit card, (85mm x 55mm). They can be produced alternatively as four page or six page versions. The four page variety can be creased on either the 85mm or the 55mm edge to form a portrait or landscape Promotacard. The six page variety is creased on the 85mm measurement.

Digital Printing

We use a Xeikon 5000 for all our digital printing, this is the finest digital press in the world, producing a product which is almost of litho quality. Because the Xeikon is reel fed, it can create almost any length of finished product with a maximum width of 480mm, printed in full colour two sides. Therefore we can print the very useful 6 page and 8 page A4 sizes, which are too large for most digital presses. The minimum quantity is ONE. Therefore, being a digital press the data can vary without driving up setup costs - so you could have a single copy (or a small number of copies) of a multi-page document with a very reasonable cost that won't break the bank.

Beer Mat Printing

This is rapidly becoming one of our most popular products. Two standard sizes are available- these are 94mm circular coasters and 94mm square drinks mats (with 10mm radius round corners). These are printed on one side or both sides in 4 colour process (full colour) alternatively in Pantone spot colour. Using D2D-Print Express Plus Turnaround, your beer mat order can be despatched from the factory in 2 working days.

Card Badge Printing

A very wide range of shapes and colours are available to fulfil your Card Badge orders. Typically, Card Badges are foil blocked onto tinted board; using one of our large varieties of foils; as an additional option, they can be printed in four colour process one side or both sides. Following the print process, Card Badges are die-cut, drilled, strung (with a variety of colours of string options) with an option of sequential numbering being available. They are very popular as Identity Badges for VIP enclosures.

Self-Adhesive Label Printing

We are able to produce self-adhesive labels these are available in wide-ranging sizes from 55mm x 85mm up to A4 and 250mm square. We also have available a circular die-cut label for use on CDs. Our label material is Fasson Crack-Back permanent self-adhesive - the backing paper is easily removed by bending it on one of the "cracks". They can be printed in 4 colour process (i.e. full colour) or Pantone spot colour.

Personalised Playing Card Printing

Our personalised cheap Playing Cards printing is now printed in quantities which were previously completely cost prohibitive. Playing Cards make an excellent promotional product. They can be fully personalised on both the front and the back. Our packs of playing cards are litho printed in Full Colour on 300gm Solar Block Card. This unique material has a metallic core to prevent any possibility of show through. The printed playing cards are sealer varnished to ensure exceptional quality and playability.

Personalised Playing Card Box Printing

Our cheap Personalised Playing Card Boxes compliment our cheap personalised playing cards very well. These are made from 400gm Matt Art Card which gives them exceptional durability and printed in full or spot colour. They can be printed on the outside and the inside (if required).

Data card Printing

Three different qualities of Data card, are available which are called Gold, Platinum and Titanium. Sizes are; 54mm x 85mm. D2D-Print Gold Data cards are printed on 400gsm silk board, which is then sealer varnished and round cornered - Data cards can also be gloss or matt laminated. Platinum Data cards appear as if they are made of plastic, but in fact have rigid plastic layers on both sides of a card core. Titanium Data cards are made of plastic throughout (with the same rigid plastic layers as the Platinum Data cards, but over a plastic core) and therefore they are exceedingly resilient.

CD & DVD Sleeve Printing

For those customers who don't want plastic "jewel cases", we print two different types of 400gsm card slip cases. On offer are; Type A, which is a cut and creased glued sleeve with an opening on one edge. The alternative Type B is similar, but has an extra flap on the open edge which folds over to protect the opening and gives additional surface area for your printed message.

CD Jewel Case Tray Inlay Printing

We supply CD Jewel Case Tray Inlays, these are the printed and perforated pieces of paper which sit under the "spider tray". It can be seen through the back and through both of the thin edges of the jewel case. Sometimes jewel cases have transparent trays, and for this purpose we are able to supply a double sided printed inlay, which can be seen and read through the clear plastic tray.

CD & DVD Case Insert Printing

A CD Insert is the square piece of paper which slides into the lid of the jewel case and is held in place by the protrusions moulded into the plastic. They are 120mm square. For those customers who require a folded 4 page or 6 page CD Insert, please calculate the price using the Flyer & Folded Leaflet price page. A DVD Insert sits between the outer clear PVC layer of a DVD case and the hard plastic box that contains the DVD. It wraps right around the outside of the case, covering the spine as well.

CD & DVD Case Booklet Printing

It is possible for a booklet to be inserted into a CD or DVD case. A CD booklet is 120mm square and a DVD booklet is 180mm x 120mm. A choice of different materials including uncoated, gloss art and silk art is available. CD & DVD Label Printing

CD & DVD labels are 118mm in diameter, they are printed on semi-gloss, permanent self-adhesive Crack-Back. The label can be printed in Pantone spot colours or full colour (CMYK). The minimum quantity is 250. To help you apply the labels to your discs, we supply a Press-It Label Applicator Kit with every order.

Personalised Envelope Printing

Envelopes are available in DL, C6, C5 and C4 sizes and we can overprint in either full colour (4 colour process) or Pantone spot colour(s). All sizes except C6 are available in an assortment of different materials including Conqueror Wove, Laid and CX22, Zeta Hammer and Linen and 120gsm Equest to compliment our stunning Equest letterhead and compliment slip paper and Equest card.

Point of Sale Printing

At D2D-Print our largest litho press prints extremely large sheets of paper and board, enabling us to produce a finished size of 1100mm x 1600mm. In the past, such large sheet sizes could only be printed by screen printing, which uses large (and therefore very conspicuous) half-tone dots - whereas we can produce a nearly photographic result using our stochastically screened our litho plates. Our Point of Sale material (with the exception of Wobblers) is printed in four colour process onto 200gsm gloss art board, which is then laminated onto either greyboard or E-flute corrugated cardboard.
